Each summer, MBAMP hosts a three day conference for K-12 teachers to deepen their understanding of mathematics and pedagogy, using the method of “Teachers-Teaching-Teachers.”  In MBAMP participating teachers learn from Teacher-Leaders.  The Teacher-leaders are using methods that the participating teachers want to bring into their classrooms. MBAMP’s Teacher Leaders stay current with math education research and understand what the participating teachers deal with every day in the classroom.

The annual summer institute is typically held the third week of June.  Information about our summer institute can be found on our website in early spring.  We encourage teachers to talk to their administration about supporting their attendance in this professional learning experience.
